How to Start a Return/Exchange

Please email support@strotofitness.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Can I Return Something I've Already Used?

Every situation is a little different. If you've used your item and want to return it, reach out to us at support@strotofitness.com and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis. We always do our best to take care of our customers. 

Damaged, Wrong or Lost Item?

Email support@strotofitness.com right away with photos of the item and the box. We will cover return shipping and make it right.

Warranty

If something fails within the warranty period:

  • Email support@strotofitness.com with photos
  • We will send you a prepaid return label
  • Once we receive the item, we will ship your replacement

Warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable.

Cancellations

If your order has not shipped, contact us and we will cancel it free of charge. If it has already shipped, standard return policy applies.

During high-volume sales (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Summer Solstice), cancellations may not be available due to order volume. Lightning deals cannot be canceled once placed but can be returned under our normal policy.

POWER SYSTEMS

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, we're here to help if you do need to initiate a return. You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund. To return a product, our team will need to get you a return merchandise authorization number. You must have pre-authorization prior to returning a product. 

All products are warrantied free of manufacturer defects for 90 days from invoice date. No other warranty, written, or implied, exists unless noted on the website or in the catalog. For information on the full warranty period of a specific product, please refer to the Power Systems Product Warranty Schedule.

Due to manufacturing changes and raw material costs, some product characteristics may vary slightly and prices may be affected.

TAG FITNESS

The following return policy applies to products fulfilled by our supplier, Tag Fitness.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must have been purchased within the last 7 days
  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
