Order Shipment (all suppliers):

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@strotofitness.com.

Free shipping to the lower 48 states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)!
No shipping outside the USA.

During peak sales periods, all orders are considered final once placed and cannot be canceled or modified.

  • Orders placed BEFORE 2PM CT ship the SAME business day.

  • We ship using UPS, USPS, Fedex, and Freight Services — selecting the most cost-efficient carrier.
  • EXCEPTIONS: Additional fees apply for shipments to U.S. islands (e.g., Nantucket, Florida Keys, Alaska and Hawaii). Please see special shipping areas below.

Note: Weather, holidays, or carrier issues may cause delays.

FREIGHT SHIPMENT (LARGE ORDERS)

Large or heavy orders (e.g., over 500 lbs and large racks ship via LTL Freight Service.

  • You’ll receive a PRO/tracking number once your order ships.
  • A scheduled appointment will be arranged — carriers will call 24 hours in advance to schedule the appointment with your schedule.
  • Curbside delivery only (white-glove delivery can be arranged at your expense).
  • Upon delivery, please:
    • Inspect items for visible damage and note it with the driver.
    • Confirm you received all ordered items.
    • Damage must be reported immediately to support@strotofitness.com with photos.

SPECIAL SHIPPING AREAS (Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)

  • Shipping to these areas incurs additional charges.
  • For a quote, email support@strotofitness.com — our team will find the most cost-effective shipping option.

APO/FPO/DPO Addresses (Military Shipments)

POWER SYSTEMS

What is the average shipping time for orders shipping Ground?
Orders shipping ground normally arrive in 5 to 7 business days. Special order and drop ship items may take 2 to 6 weeks for delivery.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes. We do accept orders to be shipped to post office boxes, however the order total cannot exceed $50.00 in product cost. All post office box orders will ship via the United States Postal Service.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?
Yes. In case you need help or have questions shipping your order to the following address please email us at support@strotofitness.com to assist in completing your order.

My order will ship to an APO/FPO address, how will the order be shipped?
Depending on the weight and size of your order it will ship through the United States Postal Service. For larger orders shipping to an APO/FPO email us at support@strotofitness.com.

  • Delivery time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within a few business days

Large or Freight Orders

  • Larger items may require freight shipping (palletized or crated)
  • These shipments may take additional time depending on size and destination

Shipping Costs

  • We offer free shipping on standard shipping! If expedited shipping is chosen, customer will pay the cost.
  • Customers may request a shipping quote in advance if needed
