As someone that has always done barbell squats, I recently tried a belt squat at a buddies gym and loved it. So looking to replicate that, I did some research and came across Fringe Sports Mammoth belt squat and it does not disappoint! This is a must have for your home gym!

Told my husband I wanted a belt squat with a kickstand. Did a little research and told him I wanted the one frim Fringe Sports. As we own several products and none have been disappointing. Let me just say that I love this thing. I've been having issues loading onto my back and found an alternative to the standard squat. Further more, with the belt squat, I can go as deep and hold for as long as I desire. I have always been a believer in *** to grass for squats and with the belt squat i can do that. This kickstand is also a great attachment. Starting on the up position allows me to really set into the squat position I want. Back straight and seating into the squat for a good quad set or slightly hinged at the hips for a more glute set. I absolutely recommend this piece of equipment. It is also great for small spaces.
